Service Manager

We are an IT consulting company, that supports the Clients’ business by building and implementing IT solutions that accelerate their business. Our team consists of over 50 IT specialists: programmers, analysts, consultants, and testers, that bring knowledge and experience in applying the best standards in methodologies and tools for implementing IT projects. Our experts have practical experience in such demanding industries as telecommunications, banking, and the public sector. We create our own tools, and we cooperate with trusted partners such as Atlassian.

We are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our new project for an international medical company. This position will be a part of the Service Managers Team, which will work in a team-leasing model.

Our requirements

• Over 4 years of business and IT service or project experience

• A strong command of written and spoken English (C1 level)

• At least 2 years of experience in leading full cycle of IT Operations

• At least 2 years of experience in leading multinational teams in IT Operations

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in using SCRUM

• Knowledge of tools as ServiceNow and Jira

• Knowledge of Google Suite, Trello and Tableau/BO

• Sense of accountability for the assigned service areas

• Adaptable to changing conditions and requirements

• Proactive and service delivery focused mind

• Ability to operate independently based on the agreed strategy and tactic

• Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions

• Flexibility to work in non-European time zones

Main responsibilities:

• Management of project schedule, roadmap and Capacity

• Requirements identification

• Transition of project into operations

• Risk and problem management

• KPIs reporting

• First level of escalation in sub-service areas

• Monitoring of routine operations

• Regular status meetings

• Schedule and delivery operational control

• Service optimization

• Service security assurance

• Service validation and testing
